Struct InterleaveShortest
struct InterleaveShortest<I, J> { ... }

I: IndexedParallelIterator,

InterleaveShortest is an iterator that works similarly to
Interleave, but this version stops returning elements once one
of the iterators run out.
This struct is created by the interleave_shortest() method on
IndexedParallelIterator.
