Struct MetadataBuilder
struct MetadataBuilder<'a> { ... }
Builder for Metadata.
Typically should only be used by log library creators or for testing and "shim loggers".
The MetadataBuilder can set the different parameters of a Metadata object, and returns
the created object when build is called.
