Fields
f_magic: U16<BigEndian>Magic number. Must be 0x01F7.
f_nscns: U16<BigEndian>Number of sections.
f_timdat: U32<BigEndian>Time and date of file creation
f_symptr: U64<BigEndian>Byte offset to symbol table start.
f_opthdr: U16<BigEndian>Number of bytes in optional header
f_flags: U16<BigEndian>Extra flags.
f_nsyms: U32<BigEndian>Number of entries in symbol table.
